How Brivaus Shipping Services LLC handles information on this website and in the BSS Express app.
Updated October 27, 2026
Who we are
Brivaus Shipping Services LLC, doing business as BSS Express Direct, moves cargo from the United States to Haiti. This page covers this website and the BSS Express app on iPhone and iPad. The app shows the same website.
Information you give us
When you ask for a quote, book a pickup, create an account, pay, or write to us, we keep what we need to move the cargo: your name, phone number, email address, the United States address you ship from, the destination in Haiti, and what you are sending. A shop order also keeps the item, the options you chose, the amount, and a product link if you pasted one. A contact message keeps your name, phone, email, and the message.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Square. We keep the amount and the result of the payment. We do not store your full card number on this website. If you pay with BSS Cash, we keep the balance and the notes on that balance.
Camera and location
The app asks for the camera and for location only when a staff member clocks in or out at a warehouse. The photo and the location are saved with that punch. We do not follow a phone in the background. Customers who track a shipment, pay, or shop are not asked for the camera or for location.
On your device
The language you pick, English or Kreyòl, is stored on your device. Signing in uses a session cookie so the office or your account stays open. We do not run an advertising tracker.
Who else sees it
People who carry the shipment, including drivers and the desk in Haiti, receive the name, phone, destination, and pieces they need to deliver it. Square receives card payments. We do not sell personal information.
How to reach us
Email us, call either number below, or write to the Florida address. Ask what we have on file, or ask us to correct it.
Children
This service is for adults sending cargo. It is not directed at children under 13.
